Battleship Yamato Created at Kure Naval Arsenal DAIKURE was started with the technology cultivated in Kure

DAIKURE was established in Kure City (Hiroshima Pref.) as the first Japanese grating manufacturer in 1951.
The building in the photo is a former navy arsenal constructed in 1903 that now serves as our Kure No. 2 Factory and has been selected as one of Hiroshima's 100 historic buildings. The history of DAIKURE is quite short compared this dignified majestic building. However, we are quite proud of having the longest tradition in grating history. Since our founding, DAIKURE has steadfastly followed the path of grating with the production of grating now our fundamental business pursued by creating various technologies and setting benchmarks. Our eternal goal is to continue to maintain our leader position through unceasing research and development.
