What is SDGs ?
“Sustainable Development Goals” were adopted at the UN Summit in 2015 and are to be achieved by 2030.
The SDGs set 17 goals to realize a sustainable world, such as “Create a foundation for industry and technological innovation” and “Create cities where people can continue to live”.

Efforts to Achieve the SDGs
Good Health and Well-Being
We subsidize the cost of influenza vaccinations, conduct employee health checkups, respond to mental health care needs, and conduct stress checks for all employees.
In addition, the company promotes health throughout the company through club activities such as a softball club and a ski club, and by holding monthly "Health Promotion Committee meetings" led by younger employees.
Quality Education
In addition to training for new employees after they join the company, we support the acquisition of various qualifications and participation in training programs.
In addition to on-the-job training, we have introduced correspondence courses and e-learning programs to help each employee improve his or her qualifications and career development.
Gender Equality
We are actively developing systems that make it easier for women with children to work, such as the introduction of a flextime system, the use of telework, and the expansion of the childcare leave system (to extend the period of shortened working hours).

Waterbag outsources part of its production to welfare facilities for people with disabilities. This is done in the hope of helping people with disabilities lead independent lives in their own way by providing them with a sense of fulfillment and commensurate compensation.
