We are actively developing systems that make it easier for women with children to work, such as the introduction of a flextime system, the use of telework, and the expansion of the childcare leave system (to extend the period of shortened working hours).
We are also actively promoting the employment of women and creating an environment in which both men and women can improve their abilities and play an active role in the workplace.
