  Daikure Super Aluminum Fin Tube

 

Daikure Super Aluminum Fin Tubes are welded aluminum fin tubes developed exclusively by our company
They are used in steam-type air pre-heating machines, air fin coolers, and economizers.
<<Special Features>>

  • In high temperature areas, traditionally Cu, SPCC fins were used, but now it is possible to use aluminum fins (Maximum temperature 400ºC)
  • In comparing heat exchange machines with SPCC fins, the weight and number of heat exchange pipes are greatly reduced resulting in overall cost savings.
  • As cutting is unnecessary, damage to tubes is reduced, extending the life of the equipment.
  • Fin pitch can be set as a option, increasing the number of design variations.
    The fins are very durable allowing for ease of handling and shipping.
 

Solid-type Fin Tube

 

Fins are wound around the tube in a continual set pitch using strict and precise measurement standards
The penetration level in the tube is extremely shallow, so the effect on the base material is very low. However, strength is not compromised. (Our high-frequency resistance welding follows international standards, and a minimum adhesion strength of 170MPa is maintained)

 

 

Serrated-type Fin Tube

 

The heat transfer coefficient is 10-15% higher than the solid type. Serrating causes turbulence in the gas flow increasing the heat transfer coefficient and allows manufacturing of more compact equipment. These features also result in reduced costs.

 

 

Copper Fin Tubes

 

Our objective was to develop smaller equipment, so small diameter pipes were mainly used. Fin tubes for heat exchange machines (gas coolers for steel production plants, steam-type air pre-warming machines) are used in chemical engineering, petrochemistry, gas chemistry, and refrigeration systems, etc.
Comparing the CS, SUS, the heat transfer coefficient is improved (CS:45, SUS:14, CU:320) and the size of the equipment is reduced.

 

CS-type fin tubes

 

In creating Daikure fin tubes (as shown in the photo), fins are wrapped around the pipes in a helical shape and the fins on one side are arc and fillet welded. With fillet welding, fin thickness is standard and length is determined, resulting in zero wrinkles in the fins.
The outward appearance is very beautiful, and the there is no damage to the pipes due to processing. As well various inspections are implemented following the strictest standards.

 

Panels and Bent Piping

 
  • By undertaking the bending process, water pipe panel quality and cost are dependent on reducing the number of weld locations.
  • Our company has over 500 types of metal jigs which allows us to create a number of different tube bending styles.
  • After the bending process, the ends of the pipes are finished with a special NC groove processing machine ensuring stable quality and precision.
  • Our veteran welders use these tubes to make panels.
